Mind, Body & Soul Collection
"Body, mind, and soul" refers to the interconnected dimensions of a person's being, where the physical body, mental faculties, and spiritual essence are seen as influencing and interacting with each other. This concept, also known as the mind-body-soul connection, highlights how our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs can affect our physical health, and vice-versa. Practices like meditation, exercise, and self-care are often used to foster balance and alignment among these three aspects of self.

Reiki
The core concept
- Universal Life Energy (Ki): The term "Reiki" comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning "universal," and ki, meaning "life energy". According to practitioners, this life force energy flows through all living things and is essential for health and well-being.
- Energy blockages: Practitioners believe that if this energy becomes low or blocked, it can cause stress, emotional imbalance, or physical illness.
- Channelling energy: During a session, a trained practitioner channels this universal energy through their palms to the client to clear blockages and restore balance

Meditation
Meditation is a mind-body practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. Rooted in ancient traditions, it is used to train attention and awareness to achieve mental clarity, emotional calm, and overall well-being.
The practice is not about becoming a different person, but about developing awareness and gaining perspective by observing your thoughts and feelings without judgment

Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of purposefully paying attention to the present moment, including your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surroundings, without judgment. Rather than getting lost in thoughts about the past or worries about the future, mindfulness trains your mind to anchor itself in the "here and now".
While it has roots in ancient Buddhist meditation traditions, modern mindfulness is often taught in a secular, evidence-based context.
